Refund policy

At GLEAMRUSH, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return request must include the order number and proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale / clearance offers
  • Used, damaged, or washed items
  • Products without original tags or packaging

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed.
  • Refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer / UPI.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange is available subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share product photos and order details for quick resolution

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a GleamRush (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be free.
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
