  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email / SMS / WhatsApp (if available).

5. Delivery Delays

GLEAMRUSH is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen events

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may fail or get delayed. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected PIN codes/orders.
  • GLEAMRUSH reserves the right to refuse COD for certain orders.

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, GLEAMRUSH reserves the right to cancel the order or charge re-shipping fees.

9. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the parcel (if visibly damaged), OR
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
